Job summary:
The Senior Ad Policy Manager, Advertising Trust Policy at **Members Only** is responsible for developing and implementing advertising policies and standards that support the company's vision of enhancing the customer experience and generating a positive return on investment for advertising partners. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. As a Senior Ad Policy Manager, you will also be responsible for resolving ad policy escalations, delivering internal training, and tracking and reporting on ad policy activities. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work autonomously and is able to use influence to achieve results.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advertising policies and standards
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Resolve ad policy escalations
- Deliver internal training and ensure training materials are up to date and localized
- Track, analyze, and report on ad policy activities
- Build new policies, refine existing policies, and develop policy standards
Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement, or closely related field
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience working with engineering teams
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree, law degree, or MBA
- Proven experience driving engineering projects
- Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis
- Proven experience working on digital advertising in a regulatory position
- Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field

This position is available in multiple locations across the US. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,600/year in the lowest geographic market to $206,100/year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
