Law Firm Seeking Dedicated Attorneys for Oklahoma City & Tulsa Locations

Position: Attorney

Experience: Litigation background and/or insurance defense experience preferred

Salary: Please include salary requirement in application

Location: Oklahoma City & Tulsa

Responsibilities:

- Manage cases from start to finish, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and hearing attendance
- Evaluate case strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for settlement or trial
- Provide up-to-the-minute reporting, analysis, and recommendations for clients
- Adhere to firm's standard operating procedures and maintain attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to provide substantive analysis
- Trial experience not required but heavily preferred

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Oklahoma
- Self-starter with ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to strict reporting guidelines for clients
