Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager within the Financial Markets Business Advisory team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of audit, regulatory, valuation, and financial analyses services. Your role will involve designing solutions to address clients' complex accounting and financial reporting challenges, as well as their broader business issues. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading staff in preparing and filing information returns, ensuring compliance with global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Developing innovative technology solutions to enhance compliance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing guidance to clients on complex tax issues and compliance strategies.
- Maintaining operational excellence and ensuring top-tier client interaction.
- Leveraging influence and proficiency to deliver quality results for clients.
- Guiding teams in developing practical tax compliance solutions.
- Overseeing the implementation of compliance strategies for clients.
- Encouraging team members to have a voice and inviting opinions from all, including quieter members of the team.
- Dealing effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Initiating open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
- Navigating the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
- Upholding the company's code of ethics and business conduct.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience is necessary.
- Candidates must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent, or an Active Member of the Bar.
- A degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Taxation, Management Information Systems & Accounting is preferred.
- Experience in providing guidance on global tax information reporting compliance is essential.
- Proficiency in researching complex tax issues for client conclusions is required.
- Experience in reviewing US IRS tax forms and related documentary evidence is important.
- Demonstrated ability in leading staff in preparing and filing information returns is necessary.
- Skills in developing innovative technology solutions for efficiency are valued.
- Experience in creating educational resources for reporting and withholding requirements is beneficial.
- Ability to train and manage local staff is desired.
- Understanding of US tax rules and requirements is required.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $335,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to the salary, Company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
