A respected family law firm in downtown Salt Lake City is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its legal team. Location:

• Salt Lake City, UT

Duties:

• Draft legal documents for divorce, custody, paternity, and child support cases

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients throughout the litigation process

• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda and briefs

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials

• Manage a full caseload independently and efficiently

• Collaborate with supervising attorneys and staff on case strategy and execution

• Participate actively in cases from initiation through resolution

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law

• Demonstrated experience in legal research, drafting, and client advocacy

• Willingness to take direction and work closely with supervising attorneys

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a detail-oriented and timely manner

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Utah Bar License (required)

• Strong legal writing and communication abilities

• Proficiency in legal research and case preparation

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize a full caseload independently
