Legal and Global Security Internships

Job Responsibilities
- Participate in various lines of business within Legal and Global Security at the company.
- Work on exciting projects alongside top professionals, contributing to the company's business.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and outside advisers on domestic and international legal matters, including corporate law, governance, shareholder engagement, international expansion, financing, SEC compliance, compensation and benefits, risk management, banking, credit, and insolvency.
- Understand and find efficient, practical solutions to the legal requirements of different business groups.
- Prepare legal memoranda and presentations on groundbreaking intellectual property issues.
- Assist with procurement, joint development agreements, licensing, and regulatory clearance.
- Research legal issues and regulatory developments, preparing summaries of findings.
- Draft specialized security products and keynotes.
- Develop and implement security plans for events and projects worldwide.
- Collaborate with internal global security groups and assist in providing world-class service to business groups globally.
- Establish and build relationships with business units, contract guards, and other vendors to understand the environment and unique security needs for events, offices, campuses, and threat issues.

Education and Experience Information
- Global Security teams are interested in students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in fields such as political science, international relations, communications, business administration, safety & security, or related majors.
- Corporate Legal Teams are interested in students who have completed their first year of Law school (1L) at an accredited university.
- At the end of the internship, candidates must return to school to continue their education or the internship must be the last requirement for graduation.
