Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide superior legal representation and outstanding service for clients, focusing on family law matters.
- Utilize skills, creativity, and litigation abilities to assist clients who are in need and expect high-quality service.
- Handle primary litigation duties for basic family law matters, with opportunities to learn from more experienced lawyers on complex cases.
- Organize tasks efficiently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving, elevating the role from a typical attorney to a counselor at law.
- Engage in regular networking and professional development activities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to exemplary professionalism and customer service.
- Participate actively in Denver's business and charitable communities, maintaining a strong ethic of pro bono service.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, contributing to a culture of collegiality, mutual support, and encouragement.

Education and Experience Information:
- Current or pending Colorado attorney licensure with no pending grievances or malpractice claims.
- At least 2+ years of family law experience, preferably in private practice within the State of Colorado.
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written), customer service acumen, and unblemished ethics.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
- Desire for leadership and prominence in the Colorado Family Law Section.

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $90, - $170, per year.
- Total compensation typically includes base salary plus performance incentives based on excellence and business generation.
- Supplemental pay types include bonus pay and commission pay.

Additional Information:
- Full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Offers a choice of office location, with hybrid assignments allowing for work from home or in-office.
