Represent clients in corporate litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Draft legal documents including complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
Attend court hearings and depositions.
Participate in case strategy and preparation.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to or willing to take the Delaware Bar.
Three to five years of litigation experience.
Strong writing, research, analytical, and oral communication skills.
Court of Chancery experience preferred.
