Experienced Real Estate Attorney – Seattle

Salary: $185,000-$225,000 (depending on skills and experience) + discretionary merit bonus

Job Title: Real Estate Attorney

Experience: 5+ years of commercial real estate practice experience

Location: Seattle, Washington

Department: Real Estate and Natural Resources

Company: **Members Only**, a premier Northwest regional law firm

Office Locations: Portland, Bend, Salem, Seattle, Vancouver, Anchorage, and Mountain View

Responsibilities:

- Handle real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, leasing, real estate finance transactions, and development-related contracts
- Engage in business development and participate in the real estate and construction industry group
- Demonstrate exemplary client service, organizational skills, and teamwork
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
- Work collaboratively but with significant independence
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards
- Maintain confidentiality in all inquiries and projects
- Attend in-person work in the Seattle office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility to work offsite on Mondays and Fridays

Requirements:

- Juris Doctorate (.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references
- Strong interest in real estate and construction industry
- 5+ years of commercial real estate practice experience
- Demonstrated ownership of projects
- Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and communication
