## Associate Attorney at Law Firm Law Firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their team. This full-time position offers competitive salary and benefits, and the opportunity to work on a variety of cases in the areas of Real Estate, Trust and Estate, and Business Dispute Litigation. ### Job Description The Associate Attorney will be responsible for initiating and defending will contests, undue influence suits, financial exploitation claims, contested probates and various other matters arising under the Washington State Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA). This position will also be involved in complex business disputes, title disputes, contract disputes, real estate fraud matters, zoning/permitting issues, easements, complex evictions, landlord/tenant disputes.
