Job Title: Manager, Transfer Pricing

Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager in Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for providing clients with critical knowledge to effectively manage intercompany pricing issues. Your duties will include:

- Collaborating with economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists in a team environment to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues faced by multinational enterprises across various industries.
- Supervising engagement staff assignments and providing leadership, counseling, and training to Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Being an integral part of a client-facing team and developing a comprehensive understanding of your client's business and the broader industry in which they operate.
- Managing and overseeing detailed economic and financial analyses, as well as more complex modeling and empirical analyses.
- Assisting in drafting proposals, document requests, reports, client presentations, and other client materials.

Education and Experience Information:
Required qualifications for the role include:

- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- 5+ years of experience working in Transfer Pricing in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed below based on role requirements and business approval:
- Licensed attorney.
- Enrolled Agent.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent (Master’s or . preferred).
- Other: foreign equivalent of the above.

Preferred qualifications include:

- Previous Big 4, transfer pricing, or financial experience.
- Highly motivated transfer pricing expert with a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, their theory, and interpretation.
- Strong project management skills and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors involved in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,320 to $235,170.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
