Overview:

**Members Only** is seeking a highly motivated individual with business tax preparation experience and excellent communication skills to join our team as a Seasonal Business Tax Expert. In this role, you will work remotely throughout the United States, providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers using **Members Only** TurboTax Business products. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in advancing our mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World while also having the opportunity to shape the direction of one of our newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance and tax preparation services to customers using **Members Only** TurboTax Business products
- Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
- Keep up-to-date on federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns
- Collaborate with experts and provide updates on assigned customers
- Utilize video communication software to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and confidential information

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients/customers per season for compensation
- Active, unrestricted credential as an EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong business tax preparation experience
- Ability to obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Commitment to a minimum schedule of 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
- Active PTIN required
