Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients and devise strategic plans for their estate needs.
- Delegate tasks effectively to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity.
- Meet with clients to understand their estate planning goals, financial situations, and family dynamics.
- Educate clients on various estate planning options, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Review documents for sophisticated estate plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and participate in final meetings with clients for the review of drafted documents.
- Assist executors and trustees in administering estates and trusts.
- Work well within a team environment, demonstrating strong attendance habits and a drive to learn and improve.

Education and Experience:
- Active member of the State Bar of Washington, with the possibility of membership in Idaho.
- One to three years of legal experience is preferred.
- Experience in estate planning and/or estate administration.
- Capability to handle cases and clients independently after an orientation and monitored work period.
- Demonstrates compassion and has a talent for gaining the confidence and respect of clients.
- Willingness to work diligently to provide top-notch service and results to clients.
- Possesses character, intelligence, and integrity, contributing positively to the office atmosphere.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary Information:
- Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE), plus potential bonuses.
- Flexible schedule offered with options for full-time or part-time availability.
