**Members Only** is currently seeking law students and recent law graduates for unpaid judicial internships. These internships are available for all semesters and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Interested candidates must submit their application by the following dates to be considered for the respective semester:

• Summer internship: Application due by March 1st
• Fall internship: Application due by July 15th
• Spring internship: Application due by December 1st

To apply, applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, unofficial or official law school transcript, a list of references (optional), and one writing sample (no more than ten pages). Please indicate in the cover letter the semester for which you are applying and whether you are seeking academic credit for the internship. All materials should be sent electronically as a single PDF file to Justice Eaves’ Senior Law Clerk, Trevor Bernard, at .

Justice Eaves does not hire interns for future clerkship openings. If you are interested in working as a Law Clerk for Justice Eaves after graduation, it is recommended to seek internship opportunities with other judges and justices. Interviews for internships are typically conducted in-person, unless extenuating circumstances exist.

Eligibility:
Interns must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school or have graduated from law school within the past two years. Preference will be given to students with strong academic records, excellent writing skills, and an interest in litigation and public service.

Internship Description:
Interns will have the opportunity to observe court proceedings, attend conferences with the judge, and conduct legal research and writing. They may also have the opportunity to draft opinions and orders, as well as assist with various administrative tasks. The internship provides valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and professional environment, and interns will gain insight into the judicial system.

Duration and Schedule:
