Job Title: Wealth Strategies Advisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a specialized resource for Advisor teams focused on wealth planning services, addressing high- and ultra-high net worth clients' trust, estate/wealth transfer, and financial planning needs.
- Lead the wealth planning engagement process with clients from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with Wealth Strategy Specialists and Analysts to collect information, conduct analyses, and develop planning solutions based on findings.
- Formulate holistic, integrated planning strategies, emphasizing how the company can aid in implementing these strategies alongside clients’ advisors.
- Expand existing client relationships and support Advisors in new business opportunities with high- or ultra-high net worth clients and prospects interested in wealth planning.
- Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge across various wealth planning topics, including trust and estate planning, income and wealth transfer tax planning, investments, retirement planning, cash flow modeling, sale of business entities, and philanthropic planning.
- Stay informed on major developments in trust, estate/wealth transfer, and financial planning, while monitoring current and proposed tax legislation and understanding their impact on clients.
- Build a network with local centers of influence to create a business referral network for clients who would benefit from the company's services.
- Travel up to 10% is expected.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- Desired Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of planning-related work experience.
- JD, CPA, or CFP desired; LLM, MST, MBA (or in progress) is a plus.
