Job Title: Legal Business Associate - Senior
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in day-to-day interactions with client's project team members and company project leadership members.
- Work with teams to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align tax and legal software with clients' specific requirements and goals.
- Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to aid in the efficiency of tax and legal departments.
- Provide training and software support related to processes and various technologies or situational changes.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as creating work plans, tracking budgeted time to actual hours incurred, writing status reports, and actively participating in status calls.
- Understand and articulate the broader practice and company overall; maintain relationships and serve clients holistically.
- Participate in the development of team members.
- Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Implementation experience with Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis, or any other CLM (contract lifecycle management) software.
- Experience with document extraction tools, data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, and visualization/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration.
- Active accreditations, obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain, such as Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM Certification Program, CFA, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, CCMP, CBAP, Procurement/Legal Procurement or SAS® Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification with a 4-year degree, and various technical certifications.
- Preferred: Advanced Degree in any of the above fields and experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and the design of contracting processes.
Salary Information:
- The wage range for this role is estimated to be between $89,180 and $203,060, taking into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
