Job Responsibilities:
The Fall Law Clerk Program is designed to introduce selected law students to the practical experience of working as a public defender. Law clerks will be involved in a variety of tasks and will collaborate closely with an assigned attorney. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting discovery review and organization to assist in case preparation.
- Researching legal precedents and drafting memorandums and motions.
- Certified law students may have the opportunity to make appearances on the record in court.

- Collaborating on a team project to simulate real-world legal teamwork.
