Job Overview:
A highly regarded law firm in San Diego is seeking a bilingual (Russian-English) Concierge Intake Attorney to join its downtown office. This in-person role is ideal for a client-focused attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position focuses on initial client intake, legal consultations, case matching, and client relationship management. General legal knowledge in family law, probate, or trust and estate matters is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.

Location:

  • San Diego, California

Duties:

  • Conduct telephone consultations and intake interviews with prospective clients

  • Gather detailed case information, identify legal issues, and assess client needs

  • Match new clients with appropriate litigators based on case type and complexity

  • Input and maintain client data in internal software systems

  • Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds

  • Collaborate with internal teams and management on intake and case assignment

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Russian and English

  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience

  • Previous experience in Personal Injury or Employment Law is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both Russian and English

  • Strong analytical and issue-spotting abilities

  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a solutions-oriented approach
