Pasadena office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior business attorney with 10+ years of sophisticated transactional business experience in two or more business entity structuring and formation, capital structures, capital and financing transactions, corporate and entity governance, general business advice and counsel, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and affiliations, land use planning, property tax planning, real estate and personal property leasing, commercial and residential real estate transactions and projects, exempt securities transactions and structuring and negotiating complex agreements and other business arrangements of this practice areas. The candidate will be assisting partnerships and private companies in managing through and resolving partner, shareholder, and/or board conflicts and disputes and numerous other business disputes.
