Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field is necessary.
- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred and can set candidates apart.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant), EA (Enrolled Agent), or membership of the Bar is preferred, enhancing the candidate's qualifications.
- Experience in performing state and local tax return reviews is crucial.
- Monitoring tax compliance requirements and conducting tax research are key responsibilities.
- Skills in solving complex tax issues and working with financial statements and journal entries are important.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager position is from $89,000 to $315,000 annually. This range is applicable for roles based in Maryland. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to the salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
