Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues and questions for individual judges
- Providing personal and confidential assistance to an individual judge or judges
- Drafting decisions on motions and trial decisions
- Conferencing cases with attorneys for scheduling purposes and facilitating discovery

Qualifications:
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Two (2) years of service in the Associate Law Clerk to Judge title; or five (5) years of relevant legal experience
- Excellent writing, analytical, time management, and interpersonal skills

General Information:
- Position may require reassignment to any position in the same title within the promotion unit
