Law Firm Seeking Corporate Associate with 4-7 Years of Experience
Holland & Hart, a full-service law firm with locations in Denver, Boulder, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City, is looking for a Corporate Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for a hard-working and well-rounded individual to grow and excel in their career within a dynamic and close-knit practice.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Corporate Associates will primarily focus on M&A and/or venture capital and private equity transactions, equity financings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
- Ideal candidates will have top tier law firm experience and a strong understanding of sponsor-related transactions.
- Candidates must be team-oriented and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional recommendations are required.
Compensation and Expectations
Holland & Hart offers a merit-based compensation structure, with a salary range of $207,500 - $255,000 (if based in Colorado) for this position. Associates will also be evaluated on their individual performance and contributions to the team's efforts. The firm expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), and at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Salary Range and Benefits Summary
Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based, and associates are eligible for fee splits. In addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers a robust wellness program, unlimited PTO, a reduced time program, and a sabbatical program for eligible employees and partners.
