Job Title: Senior Strategist, Family Advisory & Philanthropy Services

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Strategist in Family Advisory & Philanthropy Services is a pivotal role focused on guiding families of exceptional financial success in matters related to wealth and philanthropy. The primary responsibilities include:
- Delivering subject matter expertise to enhance client outcomes related to wealth and philanthropy, collaborating with financial advisors to drive financial results.
- Designing and leading family engagement on topics such as family advising, governance, decision making, learning and development for rising generations, leadership, transition planning, and family dynamics.
- Working with families to design and implement strategic giving plans and positioning key in-house philanthropy solutions, including the company's Optimus Foundation, Collectives, social finance, and the impact continuum.
- Serving as a keynote speaker on relevant topics for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client events and contributing to thought leadership and content development for these events.
- Initiating, managing, and leading client workshops within a defined geographic territory.
- Maintaining tracking and reporting of all advisor and client engagements to drive collaboration across the UHNW Solutions Group.
- Collaborating and partnering with other Senior Strategists within the team.
- The role requires the ability to travel 40%-60%.

Education and Experience Information:
- Ideally, candidates should have 10-15+ years of related professional experience.
- A BS, BA, or higher education is required, with an MBA or JD preferred but not mandatory.
- Series 7 and 66 certifications are necessary, or candidates must be able to obtain them within three months of starting.
- Experience in the financial services industry or global organizations is advantageous.
- Experience with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and/or families is a plus.
- Candidates should possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with Financial Advisors, clients, prospects, and their other trusted advisors.
- The role requires the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and have acute attention to detail.
- Advanced training or certificates in family dynamics and philanthropic advising are beneficial.
- Skills to engage wealth holders and inheritors in developing and refining their philanthropic aspirations and legacy plans are essential.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this role in Los Angeles is $200,000 to $275,000.
- The expected salary range is based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
- This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information, candidates are directed to visit the company's US benefits website.
