Project Attorney - Virtual: Detail-Oriented and Motivated Legal Opportunity with Potential for Career Advancement

UnitedLex, a data and professional services company, is seeking a Project Attorney to join our team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22-32 per hour, with the potential for promotion to a Full-Time Staff Attorney position.

Benefits and Schedule Information:

- Standard hours of operation are 7am-7pm in your local time zone with core business hours of 10am-3pm
- Flexible schedule within hours of operation

Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly review legal documents and identify crucial information
- Utilize analytical skills and legal knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to achieve project objectives
- Organize and manage reviewed documents using efficient systems
- Perform targeted legal research to support case development
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection regulations

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the Bar Association
- Home computer with internet connection
- Understanding of legal concepts and procedures
- Proficiency in legal research and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
