H2: Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client engagement teams in complex engagements
- Develop and deliver Tax methodologies for various industries, focused on program management and large transformational programs
- Guide and support business development activities
- Create and maintain project plans and deliverables
- Build and sustain trust-based relationships with clients and executives
- Oversee project change control process
- Utilize project management processes and tools
- Comply with engagement reporting requirements
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalate as needed

H2: Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Program, Project and Portfolio Management
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience with SAP-enabled transformations or SAP technology implementation projects
- Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or EA (or one of **Members Only**'s approved designations/credentials)
- Experience navigating multi-vendor landscapes and building collaborative relationships
- Ability to lead and manage teams of various sizes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
