Job Title: Client Manager - Large Legal Sales

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing defined accounts and overseeing the development and training of assigned Customer Success Managers.
- Drive product adoption, usage, and foster customer relationships to enhance the positioning of the company from both retention and expansion perspectives.
- Execute proactive account plans to drive renewals and upsells by uncovering unmet needs and delivering tailored, consultative solutions to legal professionals.
- Build and implement strategic growth plans across specified territories by collaborating with product specialists, customer success teams, and GTM operations to optimize client lifetime value.
- Position the company's legal research, analytics, and AI-enabled workflow platforms as essential business solutions tailored to practice groups, knowledge management, and firm operations.
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, such as managing partners, C-suite executives, KM leaders, and practice chairs, to expand influence and opportunities within each firm.
- Navigate complex buying groups and firm hierarchies to secure renewals, grow key relationships, and align solutions with operational priorities and decision-making structures.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Seismic to maintain pipeline discipline, monitor engagement, surface insights, and inform outreach strategy as well as internal product feedback loops.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have impressive years of experience in B2B SaaS or legal tech sales, with proven success in managing and expanding complex accounts in large enterprises and/or professional services firms.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close business in a team selling environment is essential.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, sales enablement platforms (., Gong, Seismic, Outreach), and generative AI tools (., MSFT Copilot, ChatGPT) is required.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, while a JD or MBA is considered a plus.
- The ability to travel up to 50% (primarily day travel) is necessary.

Salary Information:
- The base compensation for DC-based candidates is $93,000.
- The base compensation for Maryland-based candidates is $80,000.
