The **Members Only**’s Office is seeking to hire multiple Assistant Solicitor-General Attorneys II to join their team. This is a great opportunity for experienced attorneys looking to make a difference in their community and advance their legal career. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and at least three years of experience practicing law in the area of assignment. The salary range for this position is $100k-$110k.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial case evaluations and review case files, analyzing facts and evidence to determine appropriate legal action.
• Investigate, analyze, and prepare assigned cases for hearings and trials, including interviewing clients, obtaining and reviewing evidence, and preparing exhibits.
• Work closely with clients to assess eligibility and needs, and prepare them for trial.
• Anticipate legal issues and assist in developing case strategies.
• Present cases to superiors and argue on behalf of the organization in court.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate Degree required.
• Three years of experience practicing law in the area of assignment.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Specific License or Certification Required:

• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Must possess and maintain licensure from the Georgia State Bar Association.
