Job Title: Fall 2025 Legal Internship
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct client intake interviews, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, contributing to ongoing cases and legal strategies.
- Attend depositions and court hearings, providing support and gaining firsthand experience in legal proceedings.
- Assess legislation and public policy initiatives, evaluating their impact on Latino civil rights.
- Provide litigation support to regional counsel and staff attorneys, assisting in various stages of legal processes.
Education and Experience Information:
- Interested applicants should be enrolled in a law school program, as the opportunity is geared towards law students.
