Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in Corporate Ethics, Government Regulatory Enforcement, Risk Management, or Compliance programs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate
- 5+ years of experience in Ethics, Risk, or Compliance Programs
- 3+ years of experience in financial services
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft equivalent

Salary Information:
- McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Compliance Advisor Manager
- Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600 for Compliance Advisor Manager
- Other locations will vary based on location and candidate's offer letter

Incentive Compensation:
- Performance-based bonuses and/or long term incentives (LTI)
