Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and guidance to high net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration.
- Prepare and review gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax returns.
- Work closely with clients and their advisors to develop tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
- Advise on business succession planning for clients with business interests.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide effective legal advice.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with high net-worth individuals and families.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to estate planning and wealth transfer.
- Business succession planning experience is a plus.
