Tax Director - Global Information Reporting
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules
- Leading efforts to develop new business opportunities
- Making critical decisions to influence client outcomes

Education and Experience Information:
- required
- 8 years of experience in a relevant field
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Taxation
- Experience providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting
- Ability to research complex tax issues and reach valid conclusions
- Experience reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence
- Proficiency in leading staff in preparing and filing information returns
- Experience developing innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency
- Experience training and managing local staff
- Ability to execute client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Additionally, Company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
