Duties:
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for state and federal court matters
Conduct legal research and analysis on procedural and substantive issues
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Manage case strategy and client communications
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on litigation matters
Maintain compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
Participate in settlement negotiations and case evaluations
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably across multiple areas of law
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and courts
Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri
Admission to federal court preferred
Skills:

Proficiency in litigation software and case management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
