Consilio is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Talent Solutions to join our People & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and developing legal professionals for service work. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on the legal talent community and job market.
Responsibilities:
Build a pipeline of specialized legal professionals based on supply and demand signals
Validate candidate skills, experience, and professionalism
Strategize with New Business and Client Solutions teams to fulfill client openings
Interact with executives in corporate legal departments and law firms to understand opportunities and needs
Support and maintain existing candidate relationships
Match candidates to client requirements and prepare them for interviews
Engage in legal networking opportunities to identify potential client and candidate opportunities
Maintain documentation in Candidate ATS and Smartsheet
Professionally develop working candidates
Practice and adhere to company policies and procedures
Work independently and proactively to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Demonstrate sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines
Foster teamwork and effective communication with cross-functional teams and partners
Identify and resolve issues in a timely and practical manner
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tools and systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with Juris Doctor (.) highly preferred
3-5 years of legal experience, with prior legal recruiting experience preferred
Ability to assess talent, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively
Previous experience with ATS, specifically Bullhorn, is a plus
