Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&A Associate to join our elite team of lawyers. We specialize in working on some of the most exciting transactions in the technology and life sciences space, representing cutting-edge companies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join a dynamic and highly respected firm.
As a M&A Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of public and private company mergers and acquisitions, as well as other strategic transactions. We are looking for candidates who have experience as an integral associate on M&A deals, with a strong understanding of drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all aspects of a strategic transaction. This includes conducting due diligence, coordinating with subject matter experts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
In addition to relevant experience, we also require superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience, as well as excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. This is not a general corporate role, and we are seeking a full-time M&A associate to join our team.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $260,000 - $365,000, based on level of experience. In addition, discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
