Job Title: Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead large projects and innovate processes to maintain operational excellence.
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success.
- Perform state and local tax return reviews and fulfill compliance tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to prepare, review, and analyze reports necessary for the preparation of the company's tax returns.
- Communicate effectively to secure overall success by crafting and conveying clear, impactful, and engaging messages that tell a holistic story.
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
- Direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
- Deepen and evolve expertise with a focus on staying relevant and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
- Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience is required.
- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- CPA, EA, or Member of the Bar is preferred.
- Experience in performing state and local tax return reviews, monitoring tax compliance requirements, conducting tax research, and solving complex issues.
- Experience in working with financial statements and journal entries, understanding financial systems and business processes, and coordinating with other departments for tax preparation.
- Ability to innovate through new and existing technologies.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $315,000.
- Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

- The position is full-time with travel requirements of up to 20%.
