Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lawyer - Litigator to join our dynamic and fast growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate legal advice and opinions on both civil and criminal matters to our clients.

H2: Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Thai national
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from reputable educational institutions with excellent academic background
• 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong command of the English language
• Competent, highly responsible and self-motivated

H2: Responsibilities

As a Lawyer - Litigator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and consulting with private and corporate clients in relation to civil and criminal litigation matters
• Drafting retainers and able to properly manage timesheets and billings for clients
• Providing comprehensive and accurate verbal advice and written legal opinions on both civil and criminal matters to clients
• Drafting pleadings, complaints, answers, motions, submissions and any other documents necessary for court proceedings
• Appearing in court and being a highly persuasive and effective advocate
• Supervising the daily tasks of litigation support team members
• Providing legal opinions on company legal issues to the Managing Partner
