Job Responsibilities:
The Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney will be a part of the law firm's Chambers-ranked Insurance Recovery practice. The primary responsibilities include enforcing policyholders' rights to coverage under various types of commercial insurance policies for a broad array of losses and liabilities. The attorney will be involved in handling some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation and will manage a busy caseload. The role demands collaboration within the team and dedication to serving clients, contributing to a dynamic and respectful workplace culture.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in insurance policyholder matters at an AmLaw 200 law firm or a policyholder boutique. Alternatively, candidates with one year of similar experience accompanied by federal judicial clerkship experience will be considered. Excellent academic credentials are required, including graduation from a top-tier law school. Applicants are expected to submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample as part of the application process.
Salary Information:
The compensation range for the Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney position is $210,000 to $390,000 annually. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
