We are a growing law firm specializing in plaintiff-side representation for personal injury and insurance bad faith claims. Our team is dedicated to providing determined, courageous, and well-prepared representation for our clients to help them control their futures. We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our remote team in Washington State.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate potential cases and participate in intake decisions
- Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Draft pleadings and other litigation documents
- Negotiate resolutions with opposing counsel and insurance representatives
- Collaborate with a partner on case strategy and execution
- Prepare for and participate in trial
- Supervise and work with a dedicated legal assistant and paralegal
- Track time (no billable hour requirements)

Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice in Washington State with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Comfortable handling all phases of litigation, including depositions and trial work
- Interest in personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation (prior experience is a plus)
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality work
- Eager to grow professionally and contribute to firm-wide improvements
- Able to thrive in a fully remote environment with strong tech and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

- Expected Earnings: $150,000 - $300,000
- Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
- Onboarding bonus: $20,000
- Quarterly bonuses based on fee revenue from assigned cases and annual bonuses based on overall firm contributions
