Duties
Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes at both trial and appellate levels.
Provide support in regulatory advocacy efforts to mitigate or prevent enforcement actions.
Collaborate on internal, governmental, and regulatory investigations.
Contribute to strategic planning and case management in securities litigation matters.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or a related field.
Experience handling securities-related disputes and investigations or managing enforcement actions initiated by federal or state agencies.
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the New York or California State Bar.
Skills
Expertise in securities litigation, class actions, and shareholder derivative lawsuits.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and enforcement procedures.
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
