Job Title: Corporate Counsel, WW Operations

Job Responsibilities:
The Corporate Counsel for WW Operations at the company will engage in innovative legal work as part of the company's legal team. The role involves supporting the North America Customer Fulfillment operations, making the attorney an integral part of the business teams. The primary responsibilities include:

- Advising on the structure and launch of products and initiatives for serving company customers, which includes identifying legal, regulatory, and compliance risks and proposing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Supporting all facets of customer fulfillment operations, including the creation and implementation of internal compliance functions.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, such as service agreements with vendors and strategic partners.

In these areas, the Corporate Counsel will devise strategies to creatively address legal and regulatory challenges in a business-oriented manner while establishing processes that manage risk and enable quick and flexible business operations. The role also involves advising on . legal matters and coordinating with overseas lawyers, both in-house and external, to support international programs. Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of legal experience is required.
- The candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree and membership in one state bar or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or an equivalent field is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience that includes a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work is preferred.

Salary Information:
The compensation for this position reflects the cost of labor across various . geographic markets. The base pay ranges from $138,500 per year in the lowest geographic market to $229,000 per year in the highest geographic market. Pay is influenced by several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a total compensation company, the company may offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a comprehensive compensation package, which may also include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
