Job Title: Law Fellowship

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop legal expertise in areas such as housing, labor and employment, environmental justice, education, and health.
- Provide legal services to address the core needs of rural Californians, focusing on Housing, Employment, Education, Rural Health, and Leadership Development.
- Engage in both direct legal services and systemic advocacy to combat poverty in rural California.
- Work within a network of 13 field offices across rural California, contributing to initiatives like the multi-county Tenant Justice Project focused on eviction defense and tenant rights.
- Participate in regional projects such as the Monterey County Medical Legal Partnership, Imperial County Health Consumer team, and Central Coast Homelessness Prevention Collaborative.
- Collaborate with CRLA during the fellowship application process to secure funding for the proposed project.
- Engage with CRLA's Director of Pro Bono and Strategic Initiatives to discuss project proposals and applications.

Education and Experience Information:
