- Communicate with firm leadership for approval of business terms
- Supervise conflicts staff and work with Professional Responsibility Attorneys on lateral hiring process
- Knowledge of legal relationships, risk management, and Rules of Professional Conduct
- Experience with database review and searching
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

We are seeking a Conflicts Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team remotely. As a Conflicts Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of new business intake, including conflict checking and resolution, drafting engagement letters, and coordinating with firm leadership for approval of business terms. If you have a Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in the United States, as well as experience with database review and searching, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Conduct conflict of interest searches and assist attorneys with clearance
- Draft engagement letters and coordinate with attorneys for client agreement
- Communicate with firm leadership for approval of business terms
- Coordinate review and implementation of Outside Counsel Guidelines
- Supervise conflicts staff and work with Professional Responsibility Attorneys on lateral hiring process
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney or comparable experience
- Strong understanding of legal relationships, risk management, and Rules of Professional Conduct
- Experience with database review and searching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Remote work option available
