Duties:
- Manage and negotiate complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate formations.
- Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements in both English and Spanish.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance issues, and regulatory matters affecting cross-border operations.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments for international business transactions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide strategic legal advice and solutions.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Arizona, or eligibility to obtain admission within one year of hire.
- 4+ years of relevant experience practicing law with a focus on business transactions.
