Job Title: Commercial Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, service contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Support sales and partnership enablement activities in North America and Asia-Pacific regions by advising on data privacy regulations and data security topics.
- Act as the primary legal point of contact for the company's procurement processes by providing day-to-day legal guidance and managing vendor contracts.
- Regularly liaise with global legal colleagues and various departments to support business initiatives.
- Design and provide internal legal training sessions on topics such as supplier management and sales.

Education, Experience & Skills:
- Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in at least one . or Canadian jurisdiction is required.
- 2-3 years of legal experience.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and corporate contracts.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach to working with global cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information:
- Base compensation for this role ranges from $126, to $159, annually.
- In addition to the base pay, this position includes a variable compensation component.
- The role may also be eligible for long-term incentives.
- The final compensation package may vary and will be determined by factors including the candidate's profile, ideal qualifications, and specific cost of living circumstances in certain locations.
