Contract Manager I - Integrated Payments

Job Responsibilities:
The Contract Manager I - Integrated Payments plays a crucial role within the Global Payments Solutions department at the company. This position involves serving as an internal "business consultant" for all contract matters, performing complex tasks associated with client contracting services. Key responsibilities include:

- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and administering complex, high-value, multifaceted contracts.
- Managing contract requests, securing approvals, executing, and storing agreements.
- Conducting analytic, legal, and business reviews of contractual language in contracts, schedules, and amendments.
- Developing general, special, and operational provisions in contracts to ensure maximum benefit for the company while limiting risk.
- Partnering with Legal and other stakeholders as needed.
- Applying strong verbal and written communication skills to represent the company in negotiations and communications with clients, stakeholders, and internal/external counsel at all levels of management.
- Managing Integrated Payments Contract templates, including creating or updating templates and ensuring routine review and governance.
- Managing documentation related to process and procedures, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements to mitigate risk.
- Serving as an expert resource, advising and instructing company personnel on corporate policy, compliance, legal requirements, documentation standards, and procedures related to contractual arrangements.

Education and Experience Information:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree is required; a JD is a plus.
- Desired skills include previous financial services industry experience, previous contract experience, and knowledge of payment processing platforms, products, and services related to contract completion.

Salary Information:
- The annualized salary range for this position is $97, - $130,, with offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
- The role is discretionary incentive eligible, meaning employees can participate in the annual discretionary plan. Awards are based on individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of the line of business and/or group, and the overall success of the company.

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position with a 1st shift schedule in the United States of America, requiring 40 hours per week.
- The role includes benefits eligibility, access to paid time off, resources, and support for employees to make an impact and contribute to sustainable growth.
- Travel is required 5% of the time.
