Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in federal taxation with a focus on tax-exempt organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
- Active accreditation (CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, CFA, CFP)
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced degree (Masters of Tax, JD, LLM)
- Previous experience with Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Strong understanding of federal tax compliance, analysis, and research
- Knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring for tax-exempt organizations
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Management experience and strong analytical skills

Salary Information:

- Wage range: $63,420 to $144,300
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
- Benefits package available
