Job Description:

- Perform legal research and draft legal documents such as memoranda, motions, and pleadings
- Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations
- Draft position statements and dispositive motions
- Represent clients in arbitrations
- Handle single-plaintiff employment lawsuits from start to finish with minimal oversight
