Job Title: Tax Senior - PSG - Investment Management Reporting Solutions

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior in the Partnership Solutions Group (PSG) Investment Management team, the primary responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships on various investment compliance and consulting engagements within the insurance and financial services industry.
- Consulting with clients to transform their tax compliance processes using advanced processes and technology.
- Leading the development of new features and capabilities in the industry-leading iPACS technology ecosystem.
- Leading client engagement teams and ensuring effective client delivery.
- Supervising tax consultants and interns, providing guidance and leadership in the execution of their duties.

The role involves working within the National Federal Tax Services (NFTS), a national practice within the company’s Tax division. The NFTS service offerings are developed based on tax planning ideas, market needs, or technological innovations, aimed at delivering optimal results for clients. The team values a balance of working hard while maintaining a work-life balance and provides tax planning and compliance support for large organizations across various industries.

Education and Experience Information:
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a business-related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in federal partnership tax compliance or tax compliance for investments with corporate ownership.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong executive presence with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Ability to proactively develop internal and external working relationships.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring in-person co-location 2-3 days per week.
- Willingness to travel 20% on average, based on the work and clients served.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing/able to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible:
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Project Management Professional (PMP)

Preferred:
- Experience in the investment management industry, such as private equity, real estate, fund of funds, or hedge funds.
- Familiarity with tax compliance for investments.
- Experience with data management and automation tools.
- An advanced degree such as MSA or MST.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials and is $82,880 to $175,500. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, and it is not typical for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Candidates may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, whereby an award depends on individual and organizational performance.
