  • Engage directly with clients to understand their objectives and offer tailored legal strategies

  • Manage deadlines, client communication, and case follow-up with attention to detail and empathy

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility for state bar admission

  • 0-3 years of experience, preferably in trusts, estates, elder care planning, or civil litigation

  • Proficient in legal research platforms and case management software

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with clarity, compassion, and professionalism

  • Strong ethical grounding and desire to contribute to a client-first culture

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from a institution

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina (or equivalent eligibility)
