Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields

  • Proven experience in handling securities-related disputes and investigations

  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications
