Duties:

• Provide employment counseling and advisory support on matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Guide and support employers in managing all aspects of the employment relationship.
• Advise on compliance with employment laws, employee relations, and policy development.
• Protect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information related to clients and firm operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of broad-based employment counseling experience, with a focus on non-litigation and transactional matters.
• Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting corporate transactions and employer compliance.
• Ability to provide strategic advice on complex employment issues in a corporate environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility for timely admission.

Skills:

• Expertise in employment law, particularly in advisory and transactional support.
